  • How does purchasing services work through your online store?
    Our online store on Wix allows you to easily purchase our standard service packages. Simply select the package that best fits your needs and proceed to checkout. You'll have several payment options, including PayPal Checkout, Pay Later, and G Pay. Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a digital voucher with the details of your service. Following your purchase, we will also reach out to you directly to schedule your prepaid video service.
  • Can I cancel my service and get a refund?
    Yes, in some cases: You can get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing your service, as long as we haven't started working on your project yet and your cancellation notice is not within 7 days of your scheduled shoot date. If something unexpected happens that's out of your control (like extreme weather or illness), we'll work with you to reschedule your shoot at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds once we have started working on your project. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled shoot date, unless it's due to a force majeure event as mentioned above. Keep in mind that your voucher is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. If you don't schedule and complete your shoot within this time, the voucher will expire, and no refund will be issued.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes, we occasionally offer discounts, particularly for new businesses. Please inquire about any current promotions when you reach out to us.
  • How do I pay for your services?
    We offer a few convenient ways to pay: Online Store (Wix): You can purchase our prepaid service packages directly through our website store. This option accepts PayPal Checkout, Pay Later, and G Pay. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a digital voucher containing details of your service. Payment plans may also be available for online packages; please see the options at checkout or contact us for more information. Custom Invoice (Stripe): For custom packages or payment plans, we can send you an invoice through Stripe.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we can create custom payment plans for projects. These can be arranged via invoices through Stripe or may be available as an option when purchasing our online packages through the Wix store. Please contact us or check the online store for details.
  • What if my project is different from your standard packages?
    Absolutely! We offer custom packages and annual plans to fit your specific needs. Please contact us to discuss what you're looking for, and we'll provide you with a separate estimate.
  • What if I'm not completely satisfied with the final video after using my included revisions?
    While our goal is always your complete satisfaction, if you've used your included revisions and still have concerns, please reach out to us. We understand that sometimes a little extra refinement is needed, and we may, at our discretion, offer an additional round of revisions to ensure you're happy with the final outcome. Any further revisions beyond this would then be subject to our standard hourly rate.
  • How long will my project take?
    We'll provide you with an estimated project timeline at the beginning of the project. Please note that any delays in your responses or approvals might affect the final delivery date.
  • What areas do you serve?
    Our standard package rates cover locations within the following New Jersey counties: Middlesex, Somerset, Mercer, Monmouth, Union, and Hunterdon. For locations outside these counties but still within New Jersey, there's an additional $150 travel fee. For shoots in Bucks and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania and the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island in New York, there's an additional $250 travel fee.
  • What do I own after the video is finished?
    You will have full ownership of the final edited video(s) and any other agreed-upon deliverables.
  • What if I want changes after I receive the final video?
    Our packages typically include a certain number of revisions. If you need more changes beyond what's included, they will be billed at an hourly rate of $100, and we'll provide a new timeline for these additional revisions.
  • What do I need to provide for the project?
    To help us stay on schedule, you'll need to provide any necessary materials like logos, images, and brand guidelines in a timely manner. It's also your responsibility to make sure you have all the necessary permissions and clearances for any third-party content you provide to us for the video. Please ensure you have all the required permissions for filming locations before the shoot date. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to a lack of proper permits.
  • How will I receive the final video?
    The final video will be delivered in the format we agree on (e.g., digital download, hard drive). Additional formats or copies may have extra charges.
  • What about the raw footage? Do I get that?
    The raw footage and project files remain the intellectual property of Chiron Films, Inc. However, you can request a copy for an additional fee, and this would need to be agreed upon in writing.
  • What if I need to reschedule my shoot?
    You can reschedule your shoot once without any extra charge, as long as you give us at least 2 business days' notice. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, there may be a $150 rescheduling fee.
  • Do you have a physical studio I can visit?
    No, we don't have a physical studio. We are based in East Brunswick, New Jersey, and we travel to your location for filming.
  • Can you refuse to work with me?
    Yes, Chiron Films, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service if a project conflicts with our company values, involves illegal activities, or presents a conflict of interest. If this happens, you'll receive a full refund if you've already paid.
  • Can you use my video for your own promotion?
    Yes, we reserve the right to use the final video for promotional purposes, such as showcasing it on our website, social media, and in our portfolio.
