Online Store (Wix): You can purchase our prepaid service packages directly through our website store. This option accepts PayPal Checkout, Pay Later, and G Pay. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a digital voucher containing details of your service. Payment plans may also be available for online packages; please see the options at checkout or contact us for more information.
Custom Invoice (Stripe): For custom packages or payment plans, we can send you an invoice through Stripe.
Our online store on Wix enables you to purchase standard service packages with ease. Select the package that suits your needs and proceed to checkout. Available payment options include PayPal Checkout, Pay Later, and G Pay. Upon purchase, you will receive a digital voucher detailing your service. We will then contact you directly to schedule your prepaid video service.
You may receive a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing your service, provided we have not commenced work on your project and your cancellation notice is not within 7 days of your scheduled shoot date. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (such as extreme weather or illness), we will reschedule your shoot at no additional cost. Refunds are not available once work on your project has begun. No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled shoot date, except in cases of force majeure as previously mentioned. Please note that your voucher is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. If you do not schedule and complete your shoot within this period, the voucher will expire, and no refund will be issued.

While our goal is always your complete satisfaction, if you've used your included revisions and still have concerns, please reach out to us. We understand that sometimes a little extra refinement is needed, and we may, at our discretion, offer an additional round of revisions to ensure you're happy with the final outcome. Any further revisions beyond this would then be subject to our standard hourly rate.
